| Description: |  A feature few people use is the prospect feature in Sales Order Processing (SOP.) You can issue a quote in SOP for a Customer OR a Prospect. If the Prospect wants to place the order, turning the quote into an order or invoice will turn the Prospect into a Customer. Cool, huh? You can enter a Prospect while entering a quote or under cards. Smartlist even has a Prospect object. I've seen some of my customers use the Prospect Card catalogue for a Prospect database, using Smartlist to create mail merge letters in word. If you use SOP, consider using Prospects.  |
