Making the Dynamics GP User ID field blank on Terminal Servers http://dynamicsgpland.blogspot.com/2010/04/making-dynamics-gp-user-id-field-blank.html
UPDATE: It has been several years since I had to deal with this, so it seems that at least one of my proposed solutions are outdated. David Musgrave has weighed in with his feedback in the reader comments.
This is an oldie, but a goodie.
Dynamics GP was designed with certain assumptions in mind. For instance, as a client application, GP assumes that a user would like to save certain settings and preferences so that they are retained for the user the next time they launch GP.
This typically works great on a single client PC, but when you install Dynamics GP on a Terminal Server, sometimes this can be annoying.
One of these saved settings is the user ID of the last user that logged into GP. On a Terminal Server…

Hybrid - Clearing the Last User on a Terminal Server Example http://blogs.msdn.com/developingfordynamicsgp/archive/2008/07/29/hybrid-clearing-the-last-user-on-a-terminal-server.aspx
Microsoft Dynamics GP remembers the last user to use the application and defaults the User ID into the login window next time the application is loaded. This is useful when only a single user uses the specific workstation install. In a Terminal Server or Citrix environment, multiple users use a single workstation install and so it would preferable if the User ID was left blank when the application launches.
The User ID is stored as the SQLLastUser=XXXXX setting in the Dex.ini file, where the XXXXX represents the last User ID. …

No Dynamics GP 10 Workflow on Terminal Services http://msdynamicsgp.blogspot.com/2008/07/no-dynamics-gp-10-workflow-on-terminal.html
Just a heads up, I spotted this little tidbit in PartnerSource, apparently, there are issues using Workflow in GP10 over Windows Terminal Services. The recommendation is that you don't do it for now.
Technical Information
Workflow for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 may encounter issues…
